Pavida Thiamchivasin

Of all the musical instruments I have played throughout the years, harp is without a doubt my all-time favorite. This is because when I was young my dad would always play it for me after he had come back home from work. To put simply, harp and I are inseparable.

I started playing this amazing instrument when I was six years old, and whenever I play it I become so full of joy and happiness. This explains why I have been practicing to improve my skills almost every day after school.

In my free time I love joining charity events or organizations to share this joy of mine with other people. I have also attended harp competitions both inside the country and abroad to not only improve myself but also promote the Thai culture to the world by playing both traditional and contemporary Thai songs.

Like I said before, this mesmerizing musical instrument has been with me since my childhood. It is therefore part of my life. We are inseparable. We are one.
