Artistic Biography – Aidan Wang

Aidan Wang, age 10, is an emerging young pianist whose musicality, discipline, and expressive artistry have earned him recognition on both national and international stages. In 2025, Aidan received Second Place at the International Young Performing Artist Competition in the Piano Category (Age 10), demonstrating his strong technique and refined musical interpretation.

Aidan’s talent has also been recognized at Carnegie Hall, where he earned Second Place in the American Protégé Young Musicians Category (Age 5–10) and was invited to perform at New York’s Carnegie Hall on December 21, 2025. Earlier the same year, he was awarded the Junior Silver Prize and Nocturne Silver Prize at the Colours of Chopin International Piano Competition (Age Group 10), highlighting his sensitivity in performing Chopin repertoire.

Internationally, Aidan achieved First Prize in the International Music Competition “Paris” Grand Prize Virtuoso (Age Group 10), with a distinguished performance scheduled at The Studio of the Opéra Bastille in Paris, France on December 10, 2025.

With a deep love for classical piano and a commitment to daily practice, Aidan continues to expand his repertoire and refine his craft. His artistic goal is to bring emotion, storytelling, and beauty to each performance while pursuing excellence as a young concert pianist.
