Chinese-born Pianist Peiyao engaged in piano learning from the age of five. She entered the  Junior Middle and High School attached to Xing Hai conservatoire and received professional musical education from 11 years old. After being honoured with the First Degree of both Bachelor’s and Master’s as a scholar at the Royal College of Music, she has received the highest degree of performing artist – the Artist Diploma in Performance as a scholar at the RCM in 2024. She has been under the guidance of  Professor Jianing Kong, Caterina Grewe, Gordon Fergus-Thompson (2017-2019), Galyna Popova (2011-2017) and Yuan Ling. 

Peiyao was specially selected to perform at the Finale Gala Concert by all the professors of the  Sima Classics as one of the four best pianists, praised by Dimitri Alexeev, Piotr Paleczny, Jianing Kong and Vivian Li. The Knights of the Round Table gave her Scholarship Award, and she has been the only Asian scholar through the past 10 years (2012- 2022). The President invited her to give a recital at the Middle Temple in London. She had won the Diamond Prize in the Golden Prestige International Music Competition, Gold Prize in the 1st Global Young Musician Music Competition, the Fourth Prize of Basel International Competition etc. The footprints of her recitals include China, the United Kingdom, and Poland etc, including Amaryllis Fleming Concert Hall, Legnica Cultural Center,  Croydon Minster Cathedral, St Mary Abbots Cathedral, etc.
